Welcome to Amy Beeman’s Nike+ Running Blog! Amy is the producer of The Kid Carson Show and The Beat 94.5’s very own ambassador of the Nike+ Human Race 10K- happening on October 24th. The Nike+ Human Race 10K is well-known globally, as it is “the day the whole world runs”!
For the next 4 Wednesdays Amy will be training at the Denman Street Running Room (@ 6:30pm) in preparation for the Race. The Beat would love to see you there to show your support or to take part and run alongside Amy!
After each training session, you can check back here where Amy will be blogging about her progress, tips, and of course any “Amy” moments that take place along the way.
