Tasha dreamed of moving to the beautiful city of Vancouver since she was a litle girl growing up in Nanaimo where she says you either love country or hip hop music…literally. She graduated from Nanaimo District Secondary School then took off to the land down under and Thailand to backpack for a year.

When she returned to Canada, she had her heart set on the Broadcasting industry. She auditioned at Columbia Academy and got into the Broadcasting Program. She fell in love with Radio and is so excited to be on The Beat Street Squad.

Tasha loves travelling and going on random adventures. She’s never bored beause she believes boring people make themselves bored. She loves being in a large crowd and getting out into the community. In high school she recieved the social butterfly award plus the Klutz award — but she doesn’t like to talk about that one. Tasha always has a smile on her face and loves life!

She looks forward to promoting The Beat at different events. If you see her on the streets make sure you stop and say hello!
